What we collect
Applications include your name, email, phone, company details, referrals and free-text answers. Invoice orders also include customer identifiers, addresses, contact details, invoice information and internal instructions. Technical information such as IP addresses is used to protect the forms against abuse.
Purpose
To handle your application, respond and prepare a first conversation, and to handle invoice orders within our engagement.
Legal basis
Steps before a contract at your request and performance of a contract. Legitimate interests cover protecting forms against abuse and handling referrals. When we process customer information on behalf of your company, our data processing agreement applies.
Retention
Applications that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 24 months. Invoice records are kept as needed for the engagement and applicable legal requirements. Contact us to ask what information we retain.
Recipients and processors
Lovable hosts the website. Resend delivers emails containing form details. Applications also go to Notion for case handling and Pushover for internal alerts. Invoice orders are emailed to us and handled within the engagement, including in Fortnox when an invoice is created. Cloudflare provides hosting infrastructure and protection. We do not sell your data.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability where applicable. Write to e@effortlessly.se.
Complaints
You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
